Method:
Line the instant pot with foil balls.
Season the chicken inside as well as on the outside.
Place chicken in the pot.
Cover and set Slow cook option and timer for 2-3 hours.
537) Sweet and Sour Chicken
Ingredients:
1 ½ bags (22 ounces each) frozen, grilled and oven roasted chicken breast
1 ½ jars (18 ounces each) apricot preserve
1 ½ jars (12 ounces each) chili sauce
Method:
Place chicken in the instant pot. Mix together chili sauce and apricot preserve and pour into the pot. Stir.
Cover and set Slow cook option and timer for 2 hours.
Serve over rice and steamed vegetables.
